When does my order ship?
We ship the next business day from our Scottsdale, Arizona location. If your order is placed on the weekend, it will be shipped Monday morning (excluding holidays). Shipping can take 1 to 6 days — depending on your location.
How do I know my order shipped?
You will receive an email confirmation notifying you that your order has shipped. This email will also include tracking information.
How do I create and manage subscription orders?
How do I create a subscription?
To create a subscription order, please click the 'subscribe and save' option when placing an order. Continue to checkout, enter your billing and shipping information and place the order as you would normally.
You will receive an order confirmation email, a recurring order purchase confirmation email and an Account Activation email. Please open the Account Activation email and click on 'Activate Account'. You can then create a password and have access to your order history.

How do I edit or cancel my subscription?
To manage your subscriptions, please go to the email named 'Your recurring order purchase confirmation from Applied Health' and click the 'Manage Subscription' link. Alternatively, you can request your customer portal link from the team - contact us.
You can then add new products to your subscription, edit quantities, next charge date, order frequency, shipping details or billing information. You can also cancel subscriptions using this service.
How do I cancel an order linked to a subscription?
If an order has been created linked to a subscription and you wish to cancel, please contact us with the order number, email address used to create the subscription and plenty of notice as orders are packed and dispatched quickly. The team will then cancel and refund your order for you. Orders created during weekends may be dispatched before the Customer Service team are available to deal with your cancellation request. (The team are available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, excluding Bank Holidays) If this occurs, the team will send you instructions to return the order for a refund. You will be liable for the returns charge as stated in our terms and conditions.

What is your return policy?
We stand behind all our products. If you are not happy, we are not happy. Contact us within 60 days after your product was purchased to receive a full refund.
Where are Applied Health products manufactured?
All of our products are manufactured in the U.S.A. in FDA-approved facilities.
Are Your Products GMP Compliant?
Yes, our supplements are produced in facilities that are certified to direct Good Manufacturing Processes. Specific quality standards are followed to ensure each product has the right identity, purity, strength, and composition.
Where are Applied Health Ingredients sourced?
While we manufactur our products in the U.S.A. not all ingredients can be found here. Our raw materials may be sourced in the U.S.A. and across the world, following strict pharmaceutical or food grade standards. We are continually updating our source of ingredients to find the best, highest quality ingredients.
Can I take CellRenew PRO twice a day?
Yes. Several customers take our CellRenew product more than once a day to accelerate the benefits. Customers may take four capsules in the morning on an empty stomach, 20 minutes before food and four capsules in the evening on an empty stomach, 20 minutes before food.
Can I take CellRenew STS twice a day?
Yes. Customers who want to boost the benefits of CellRenew STS may take two capsules in the morning on an empty stomach, 20 minutes before food and two capsules in the evening on an empty stomach, 20 minutes before food.
What is hydrolyzed collagen type II?
Hydrolyzed collagen type II comes from chicken sternal cartilage and is composed of small amino acid compounds known as collagen peptides that are easily absorbed and used in the body.
Can I pause or cancel a subscription?
Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel a subscription any time you want in the customer portal.
Please make sure you cancel before your next billing cycle.
The customer portal can be accessed through the magic link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed an initial subscription order in the shop. You can also access your subscriptions if you create an account in your shop.
How can I skip or reschedule a charge?
You can skip or reschedule the charge in the customer portal. Each scheduled delivery will have a Skip payment button next to it, which you can use to skip the charge. You can reschedule the charge by clicking on the Reschedule button next to the delivery date.
Can I add products to my subscription?
Of course. You can add products to your subscription in the customer portal. Just click on theEditbutton in the products card and edit, remove or add products to your subscription.
What happens if the payment can't be processed?
If the subscription can't be renewed because a payment can't be processed you will receive an email with a link where you can safely update your payment method.
Will I be notified of upcoming subscription renewals?
Yes, our we will send you email notifications of your subscriptions renewal 7 days before the next billing cycle.
What is your subscriptions Policy?
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

Yes, you can sign up to our email newsletter by visiting the bottom of our homepage. You will need to enter a valid email address and then click Subscribe. By signing up you will receive our latest offers and news.
How do I unsubscribe from receiving special offers?
You can unsubscribe by clicking the Unsubscribe option on one of the email newsletters you receive from us. Please note if you have subscribed to different campaigns you will need to Contact Us and we will unsubscribe you from all email marketing. Once completed, you will not receive any further email correspondence from us in future.
