The information you provide will help us determine how to classify your wholesale account.

There are two categories of wholesale participation we support:

  • Those that require us to drop-ship orders directly to their customers,
  • And those who are able to stock product at their location.

Typically, if you are a retail location — an actual physical presence, brick-n-mortar, pharmacy, clinic, or retail establishment — we assume you will be stocking the product. There are also examples where someone has an online presence and wishes to stock the product so they can ship the items together with other products. This is understood and acceptable.

The drop-ship option is primarily for dedicated online retailers who do not have the ability to — or do not wish to — pick, pack, apply postage and ship customer products. If this applies to you, you will still need to collect the proper postage for shipping charges from your customer at the time you make the sale. There are additional items we will need to setup prior to turning on the process, and although this can typically be done via email, it sometimes requires a phone call to save some time.

If you are a retail location, I’ll mention that we will eventually need a faxed copy of the retail license for our records. We don’t need that when you first apply, but just to give you a heads-up.

Once we receive your submission, we will review it as soon as possible so that we can proceed with determining how we might best assist your needs.

One more thing I will mention; we do encourage our retailers to support the “No Nonsense, No Bull” guarantee for our products. However, we also know that this is not always a practical option, depending on your business model. Just know that if you support your customers — as it relates to our products — we support you. This is a policy we have had since we began in ’97, and customers seem to find it as refreshing as the day we began.
