Whitelisting Instructions

You’ll need to Whitelist our email address to ensure you receive updates from us about your VIP Insiders membership, special offers and promotions, or news about the product you purchased.

If you have never heard of a “Whitelist“, it is simply a term used to describe a list of senders you approve as the “good guys”, informing your email provider your willingness to accept their emails.

A Whitelist (Yea!…) is the opposite of a Blacklist (Booo…).

“Whitelist” and “Blacklist” are derived from “White Hat” and “Black Hat” terminology, which identifies “good tactics/intent” vs. “bad tactics/intent”…  the good guys vs. the bad guys.

Follow These Instructions for Gmail:

1. In your inbox, locate an email from support@appliedhealth.com (could be either addressed as “Applied Health” or “Bill Evans“).  For instance, the Welcome email you received when you either bought a product or joined VIP Insiders is probably indicating an origination address from support@appliedhealth.com.

2. Drag this email to the “primary” tab of your inbox.

3. You’ll see that our emails will go to your primary folder in the future!
