Healthy Smoothie Recipes for Mood and Energy
I haven’t quite decided why I like this article from Food Matters, so much.
Maybe it’s because I felt a boost to my mood from just reading the recipes.
Perhaps I like it because the ingredients are chock full of antioxidants, healthy fats, energy producers, and high quality proteins.
Or, it could simply be that the scrumptious-looking smoothies have given me the motivation to dust off my megawatt blender, which has long been relegated to the task of propping up a row of cookbooks on one end of the kitchen counter.
Everyone who suffers from the occasional downward trajectory of your mood and/or energy, please raise your hand.

Fortunately, most of you will find one of these smoothie recipes appealing enough to adopt it as your secret elixir to propel mood and energy to new heights.
Come on, admit it… I’ll bet there is not a female in the audience who isn’t salivating like Pavlov’s dog at the sight of the Choc-Banana smoothie, above.
